Restaurant Week, Charlottesville, VA

While sitting here reading the announcement of the restaurants involved in January's Restaurant Week I am enjoying a glass of 2008 Chardonnay from the Veritas Vineyard.  This is when a brilliant idea came to me - why not combine a trip to Charlottesville to eat at some fantastic restaurants and taste some award winning wines?  After all their tagline is:

 So, fine dining and wine touring?  Sounds like a great idea to me.  So much so that we already have reservations for one of the restaurants and plans to visit one of the wineries we haven't been to yet.
