Visitng Favorite WIneries near Charlottesville VA, Foxfield Inn

We are trying to make it to all of the wineries in the Foxfield Inn area.  We have several to go before we can say that we have sampled all the wines offered by vintners on the Monticello Wine Trail and on the Apellation Trail.  Each year there are new wines to sample and new wineries to visit.  It is a daunting task but we are going to try to make it to all of them so that if you stay with us at our bed and breakfast in Charlottesville we can guide you to several that meet your personal taste.

We are putting together a map of the wineries we recommend to guests.  The first three on the map are ones that we have liked since we first tasted their wines. We also list interesting places to stop and buy a picnic lunch to have at one of the wineries on the way.  We will update the map every month with additional wineries that we have visited.
