Woke up this morning here at our Charlottesville bed and breakfast to discover that snow and ice had arrived during the night. Went outside as soon as possible to take a few pictures but it had already started warming up enough that the ice was beginning to melt.
While some parts of the state are having difficulties today with roads, here in Charlottesville there is no problem getting around. All the wineries and Monticello are open. Business is going on as normal.
Just thought I'd share a few pictures with you -

Charlottesville Restaurant Week, Foxfield Inn
There are some great restaurants participating in this month's Restaurant Week here in Charlottesville. If you are staying at our Charlottesville bed and breakfast on the weekend of Jan 27-29 you are in luck. However, you had better get your reservations in fast as the spaces are going quickly.
There are over 20 restaurants participating. We've been to several and had great food at them. Check out there websites, make your choice and give them a call.
Enjoy your dinner!
